ELKA was founded because organisations of all sizes — struggling with genuine operational complexity, supplier misalignment, rising costs, customer outcomes falling short, operations that have never had the right foundations in place — deserved something different: experienced operators with nothing to sell but a clearer picture of what's actually going on.
