ELKA was founded because organisations of all sizes — struggling with genuine operational complexity, supplier misalignment, rising costs, customer outcomes falling short, operations that have never had the right foundations in place — deserved something different: experienced operators with nothing to sell but a clearer picture of what's actually going on.
We work with large, complex service environments and with smaller businesses that have never had access to this kind of independent operational expertise, or simply haven't had the bandwidth to step back and address what isn't working.

We work with large enterprises and with smaller businesses that have never had access to this kind of expertise. The approach is the same. The scope adjusts. There is no minimum size. There is no standard engagement. There is only what your operation actually needs.
Our methodology draws on established frameworks — ITIL, PMBOK, structured process improvement — but we apply them to the operation in front of us, not to an idealised version of it. The framework is the starting point, not the deliverable.
Most operational advice treats cost as a side effect. We treat margin as a core design constraint. Every recommendation is stress-tested against the question: does this protect — or improve — the financial position of the business?
The gap between the process document and what actually happens on the floor is where operational risk lives. We work with what is — not what the org chart or the SLA says — because that's the only honest starting point for fixing anything.
The test of any engagement is not what was delivered in the final presentation. It is whether the change is still in place six months later when nobody is watching. We structure our engagements accordingly.
